These molding machines are high-quality equipment that produce regularly shaped dough pieces with a fine and consistent crumb structure, thanks to the unique drum molding principle that also ensures effective degassing. The Teflon rolling pin height is adjustable, and the rolling pressure can be pneumatically set to achieve the correct dough thickness. Additionally, the seam becomes finer, resulting in higher-quality products.

MM600 Shaping Machine
Two centering rollers guide the dough piece toward the shaping roller.
Both the centering and shaping rollers are adjustable.
For roll bread production, these rollers can be bypassed.
ME600 Shaping System
High-rye and/or high-hydration doughs can affect the shaping process. The ME600 is specially designed for these types of doughs.
The dough piece is flattened by a pressing roller near the conveyor belt.
The top frequency-controlled pressing belt shapes the dough as required.
