Ferneto Pie & Tart Machine

The Ferneto pie and tart machine delivers fast, consistent, and high-quality production with flexible mold options and an automatic pressing system.

This semi-industrial solution offers high repeatability, versatile mold options, and industrial durability. With easy mold change, precise temperature and pressure control, and an automatic pressing system, it ensures speed, consistency, and product quality throughout production.

Pie–Tart Press (PTF)

The Pie–Tart Press (PTF) is an industrial forming machine designed to shape food products precisely and evenly into circular molds up to 350 mm in diameter.

PTF is engineered for the high-quality, consistent production of pies, tarts, and various molded products from doughs such as puff pastry, shortcrust, and similar types.
The machine allows the use of different mold (punch) sets within the same body and provides precise control of the most critical pressing parameters: pressure, temperature, and pressing time.
This ensures repeatable quality and consistent results in every production run.

Manually cutting dough rolls with knives or basic tools leads to time loss, uneven cuts, and reduced efficiency.

The DMR – Dough Roll Divider features a steel wire cutting system that divides dough rolls into equal, uniform pieces in a single motion.
This enables faster production, higher standards, and reduced labor requirements.

With a working width of 500 mm, the machine offers adjustable cutting intervals from 10 to 50 mm (in 5 mm increments), allowing flexibility for different product requirements.
